Things I love and turning 22
♥I really started getting into being tattooed recently. Like HARDCORE into it! I love it so much, but most of all I love my artist. Kraig Wilkins. He's done some of the most beautiful work on me and I could not be happier about it.
♥My puppies! Penny and Quiqueg had a little family! They're so cute, it'll make your face explode! I gave two of them to my Mom and I decided to keep two for myself.
♥ Tattooed boys. They're so fun to look at! My girlies and I are massive perverts with no shame, as you would have noticed.. But who needs shame when you're happy with who you are?
♥ My girlies. I love them like.. Uhh..
♥ Drop Dead clothing. I swear I have bought Oli Sykes a new car with how much I have bought from that brand. Its comfy and has amazing designs and is made really well too.. Quality matters! Hit up Iheartdropdead.com and check out their stuff. You'll love it!
♥Amity Affliction. This is the Album of the year. I'll admit, the cover is what got me, but every song is amazing and the whole thing is put together amazingly. Its the only CD that gets played in my car right now. Though I do have the odd mp3 playing, its only cause I'm scared to scratch my love.
♥ My car. The little shit box that dreams are made of.. It has so many 'cute' things hung from the rearvision mirror and teddies on the back, one wonders how I see out of any of the windows, but the fun my friends and I have in that car cannot be beaten. I love my little boat!
♥ James Jean is one of the most amazing artists of life and I have dedicated half of my leg to his artwork. Also, some of my bedroom wall space too. His style blows my mind and leaves me wanting more. Check out JamesJean.com to see his stuff!
♥ Amy Meredith, yet another awesome band I cant wait for Summer to crank in my car. They're so much fun to listen to and make you wanna shake your booty! Cant wait for them to come back to Adelaide in September! Weee!
Must admit I have a massive crush on Joel.. Mercedes has one on Christian though, so its all good!
♥ YOU!! You, my beloved readers, whether you hate me or love me, knowing you're reading something I've written and it makes you think; couldn't make me any happier! Keep on reading, commenting, emailing and don't forget to tell your friends!
PEACE OUT BABIES!

Love means never giving up.
Here is a rant I need to get out of my system about "the spark".
What the hell is wrong with people? The next time I hear someone ruining a good relationship because a lack of "the spark" my head will fucking EXPLODE! I thought the spark was something you felt when you were 17.. I mean.. Think about it.. Back then if you had a spare $100 and you saw a TV on sale you would fucking buy it straight up.. Now days you think before you buy. Its the same with love.. You're all grown up now and you gotta weigh the pros and cons of a relationship before you jump into it, test it out, and get into it slowly.
If you like someone, you like them, you hang out with them, you want to know what they're doing and if they are wondering the same about you. Apparently though you need more. MORE?! More than being cared about? REALLY?! This "spark" bullshit is just a bunch of young adults with "Peter-Pan syndrome" who wont pull their heads out of their asses and see that love is about commitment and hard work.. If you want to fall in love that fast, then you don't fucking deserve to be in love. Love is worth the wait. You're never gonna get tingles and grins if you throw it at everyone you think you have a fucking "spark" with. Soon enough, "I love you" will have no meaning to you and you will end up empty and alone.
Think about the last impulse buy you got.. Do you even remember it? Sure, I bet you loved it at the start. But where is it now? Now think about the first love you had as a teenager. It was all shiny and new and pretty wasn't it. How long did it last huh? It was so easy then. But nothing good comes easy.
ANYTHING worth having, is worth fighting for.

Bullies.
Bullies can make you feel so alone and worthless. So I thought that this post would be appropriate after the first comment on my last post.
I know it happens and you do to! Online bullies or "keyboard warriors" are a nuisance but they are bound to happen. They appear when you have something they want in most cases, like confidence or style. Sometimes people don't think about what they're saying, or are just bored and want a reaction.
Don't stress! You have something someone else wants!
Unfortunately, short of crawling under a rock and vanishing, you aren't going to make them disappear. There is no trick to make them stop and there is only a couple ways to find out who it is. But in the end, it never matters.
Remember girls, you're amazing, beautiful people and there are people out there who love you. Forget losers like Anony-miss, who never have anything to say in the first place. Don't stop being who you are, for anyone, ever.
You are loved. By people that matter.

Boys boys boys!
So, a girl often wonders how to pick out a nice young gentleman to escort her about the place. And by this I mean to 'make an impression' as it were. With the way we function these days, its often that we meet boys in bars and clubs. These boys are particularly hard to sort through! But here is a quick how to for the girl on the go.
How to spot a nice guy in a sea of douches.
Number one.
A nice boy will buy you a drink. And not a shitty vodka and lemonade either. He'll get you whatever you like, or even suggest something delicious and new!
Number two.
He'll dance with you. He wont buy you a drink and ditch you just to liqueur you up again in a half an hour. He'll dance with you and flirt with you and laugh with you and offer you his jacket if you go outside to smoke.
Number three.
If you smoke and he doesn't. He will accompany you regardless.
And last but not least, he will ask for your number. If you go home with him, he will drop you home in the morning. He doesn't have to make you breakfast, but dropping you home or even paying for your cab ride means he's a bit of alright. (This only applies to boys who do all of the above)
Good luck in the vast sea of single-dome ladies! Remember, it's meant to be fun! So don't sweat the small stuff.

I missed you!
It has been a while since I have had the urge or motivation to write something. And you know me.. I need something to inspire, otherwise it just turns out crap! I have missed you lovely ladies and I am please to announce that I am back.
SO! Where to begin? Things have changed and I can most likely instruct on how to rid yourself on a hang over now rather than pick out a wedding dress and what you can wear out to snare a hottie. Yes, the single life has been treating me well and I hope to bring the fruits of my success to you!
First things first. I say I get all this stuff out the way so that we can move on to valuable life lessons.
Number one! OMIGAWD I love going out! I don't think I can recall a quiet weekend in months! Busy busy busy. I've been meeting amazing new people and catching up with rad old friends too. Its funny who you leave behind when you're in love, huh?
Number two! I've gotten a few more tattoos.. Yes. I am still addicted! I never stopped really.. Was just too poor.
And number three! Boys boys boys! I wouldn't say I'm a hussy or anything, but I do like a good 'kiss-goodnight-to-go" every now and then.. I'm not even entirely sure what that means to me, much rather what it means to you girls! (I mean kissing and running!) Ooh la la!
Alright! Now we can get back to it!

Sunflowers
My friend Ashleigh; tells me I'm beautiful. Takes me out and helps me meet amazing people. When ever I say something inspirational, she's there with a sunflower in hand to tell me I did something good. I love her so much.
Throughout this break up she has been my rock. My shoulder to cry on and my new cuddly nook. My duel laughter. My cuddles in the morning, day, evening and night. My best friend the way they are in movies. She's been the stars watching me and my guardian taking care of me when I fall down. She's remarkable and smart and funny.. And I don't know what I would do without her.
So, Ashleigh. Thank you. You are an amazing friend and an even more amazing and beautiful person. I love you till the ends of the earth.

Who's hair is it anyway?
It usually occurs where work is either poorly paid or not paid at all. People speculate it could be from dead people. (Which is gross anyway..) But how could it all be? The nutrients from their bodies would be gone and the hair would be of poor quality. Its true, they do sometimes sell it. But live human hair is far better and sells for a lot more money.
In a number of Countries such as India, China and Eastern European countries; Which is where the best quality hair comes from. Women grow, shave and sell their hair, or even offer it to satisfy a god.
The places that harvest the hair, known as 'hair factories', sign women up to grow their hair to a specific length and quality. They are very serious and strict with the conditions under which the girls must grow it. The women - and sometimes their whole families - must keep their hair away from any contact with pollutants and make sure it is kept in top condition while to grows. Sometimes the factories even provide food for it's workers to ensure that the hair grows to a good enough standard.
When the time comes for the hair to be harvested the women line up at the factory before their heads are shaved completely bald and they are sent out to start the whole process again.
This may seem like a girl's worst nightmare to you and for many girls it is, but for other women it is the easiest and most effective way of providing for their family and the alternatives could be much much worse.
However not all hair 'donors' benefit financially from such a huge sacrifice. In some parts of India women are conned out of their precious locks without even knowing they are then being sold to other, more financially well off, beauty conscious women around the world. And it can be a horribly traumatising experience for them.
In 2006 it was reported how in the hills of Tirupati, in India, a Hindu temple has become the second richest religious site in the world; due mostly to it's sale of human hair.
It was reported that every day in India, up to 4,000 women visit the temple to take part in a "religious ceremony", called 'Tonsuring', where the girls must shave off their hair as a sacrifice to the god Vishnu. These women believe that taking part in the ceremony is a sign that they are willing to give up their pride and vanity, and to thank the gods or ask them for health and happiness in the future - little do they know is that they're also making a lot of money for those who run the temple.
After the 'ceremony' all the hair that is collected is combed, sorted into lengths and dyed before being shipped to Western countries to sell as wigs and hair extensions.
So while you could see extensions as a great way to give us a beauty boost and make us feel great with our new luscious locks - there is in fact a much bigger human story behind every lock of hair.
So next time you feel like you need some extra volume for your hair, buy synthetic or just pick up a teasing comb and learn how to make your own hair sexy and voluptuous all on its own.

More dash than cash!
This Monday I stumbled upon an amazing website dash-style.com. After a quick browse I found my dream shoe and quickly bought it. $300 cheaper than from the store!
The store is super easy to browse and should you have any trouble with anything, you can add Gem on MSN and speak directly to her about your order. She answers quickly and is very polite and easy to talk to.
On close inspection of the shoes, they have seamless detail and are perfect. I mean PERFECT. Arriving in a brand name dust protector bag and designer box. You cannot tell the difference! Luxe love at its best! All leather products are real and they even come with certificates of authenticity. Your mail man will think you won the lottery!
Mention that you found dash-style here for a $10 discount on any pair of designer shoes! (coupon code DASH10OFF)
Happy shopping ladies!
PS. There's boys shoes too!

The Problem with Money
I don't really see the point unless its for something I really want or somewhere I want to go to. But now the place I want to go to and the thing I want have become the same thing.
I want to buy my first house.
"Real" Women.
Smaller girls also do tend to get a bit over confident and bitchy towards bigger girls. You know why? I'll tell you. Because we always get the feeling you hope we trip and break our necks for being small.
Food for Thought - The thing stopping me from exploding
I am currently battling to keep my life from becoming an Everybody Loves Raymond re-run and not to mention not being able to get a damn thing done because no one is coming with me to give me another opinion. *coughs and glares at bridal party* You too groom-ey!
I even tried to get a massage to relax me, but when the ring comes off I seem to be free game for even the massage therapists (yes. I was actually GROPED by one) so that didn't help. I do have someone on my side though. My dear Mother. She is a totally amazing woman. (She also sports an amazing NYC taxi whistle, perfect for the city..) She has pretty much held my hand through all the crap that's happening at the moment. *raises glass* Here's to you Angel! Now I just need to start working on the registry and the guest list.. Oh no.. My brain! Its gone again.
My cake must feed 110 people, so god knows its gotta be a huge one. I didn't even know there were that many people that knew Himself and Myself were engaged! And just so you know.. That's the minimum. *dies*
